How do I get customer service?
Zubtitle provides all help and support directly through the Zubtitle website. Look for the chat icon in the lower-right corner of the Zubtitle screen.
If we are immediately available, there will be an option to chat with us. Send us a message, and we will respond within a few moments.
If we are not available, there will be an option to send us a message instead. We typically respond within an hour unless it is the evening or weekend in the Eastern time zone.
