What Is Your Security and Storage Policy?

Do you store my videos after I upload them?
Yes, we store videos using a third-party cloud storage provider. This is necessary to allow for online editing as well as the rendering of your videos using Zubtitle servers.

For how long do you store my video files?
Currently, we do not impose time limits on video storage, though we reserve the right to expire files from storage after 30 days of inactivity.

Can I remove my files?
Yes, you may delete videos at any time. We retain deleted video files for up to seven days, after which the files will be removed from our storage provider. If you require immediate removal of your content, please contact support.
